In any situation when a vendor does not agree with a connection that has been made through Business Suite, you can contact the support team at HeyAuto and the connection that was made in error can be removed immediately. For example, a dealership thinks they are a client, or accidentally clicks that they are a connected customer instead of clicking the CTA for requesting a demo...the vendor in this case can let us know and we will make sure that there is no charge for the mistaken connection.

If you have information that one of the vendors or dealers on the Business Suite Marketplace is fraudulent, we ask that you let us know immediately by contacting HeyAuto and we will investigate and rectify the situation swiftly. 

A connection is always established by the dealership. A dealership will click identify that they are in a business relationship by activating the connection, so that specific vendor will live in their Dealership’s Business Suite, giving them access to all knowledge, training and communication that is provided by the Vendor.

A connection is created when a dealership wants to add a vendor that they are doing business with into their Business Suite, where they will manage all of their vendors. Through their Busniess Suite the dealership will have access to specific product knowledge, product updates and any other information that vendors want to pass along to them, like promotions or specials.

Dealerships will have the ability to click on the CTAs that you create from your product page or from your vendor profile page. The CTAs will be a direct connection to your assigned sales rep.

Not yet, but once we are bringing in a significant amount of dealerships to the site, we will make promotional tools available to vendors. 

A Call to Action (CTA) is a feature available on HeyAuto Business Suite that allows vendors to create buttons or links prompting dealerships to take specific actions, such as requesting a product demo, contacting a sales representative, or making an inquiry. CTAs are designed to drive engagement and facilitate direct interactions between vendors and potential customers.

Through your vendor account, you can make any changes you like to your product even after publishing it. You will also have the option to make your product active or hidden at any point.

  3. Email address and a password

  4. Vendor (company) name

  5. Company phone Number

  6. Company description

  7. Company website URL

There is no fee to join HeyAuto Business Suite. There will be no cost to you until you have an active connection with a dealership that you are doing business with.
